JL. FINE has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your return must be packaged well enough to avoid any damage on its return back to us - JL. FINE cannot be held accountable for insufficient return packaging causing damage. We also recommend sending via a registered and trackable service to ensure your item is not lost in transit, it is the customers responsibility of the package until the item has been received at the JL. FINE Studio.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, unfortunately items sent back to us without first requesting a return can not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damage or Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if there is a defect or any damage or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assist you. We can not accept returns for fair wear and tear on jewellery pieces, please see our Care Guide for information on this.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, due to health & safety (such as earrings), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure a smooth exchange process is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received return and QC'd your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
